Fleet Vehicle Graphics
DMS was approached by 4Life Health Care, from Canterbury Kent about creating Vehicle Graphics that would be a one-size-fits-all solution. Over the last couple of years, 4Life has been buying cars for their operatives to use in community health care. This meant that each Vehicle was a different colour.
The Client Vehicle Graphics brief
It was a clear and simple brief from Caleb at 4Life. He wanted Vehicle Graphics to work on all vehicles, create impact and not break the bank. Working from DMS Graphics, Mark came up with a simple livery using elements of digital print to give a premium feel. The White Vehicle (Pictured above) was easy to design because designers love a blank canvas however the other vehicles were completely different colours.
To make the colours of the text and logo stand out against other colours, Mark used a simple technique that is used widely in Motorsport Vehicle Graphics. Use a thick keyline to create a background. All colour elements were printed this way, creating a white background for all vehicles.

Due to the cars different colours, the idea of a fleet of vehicles was not apparent. Now everything ties into the client’s corporate identity.
